He is only interested in making the most money off of his patients and has no patient skills. Actually no dental skills to speak off. When he numbed my mouth I had facial droop and he just laughed at me and said ‘haha that wasn’t supposed to happen’. Didn’t explain anything unless I asked. I typically have gum issues and had a bunch of ‘4’s on my last exam from another dentist. He pointed at them and said “looks perfect” and that he wasn’t even going to look at my gums. 4 is the bad number so obviously it wasn’t “perfect”. He recommended a filling (the more expensive type, obviously) and didn’t even fit it himself or check the bite. I’ve been back 3 times for pain and sensitivity with other dentists since seeing him. I’ve bever had dental pain in my life and I wish I had never crossed paths with this “dentist”.
Dr. Archibald is great! When my daughter chipped her front teeth saw us right away was great with her and did not urge any unnecessary treatments. I have also seen him for regular cleanings and it is easy to get it and all staff is friendly and professional..
I have been going here since the opening. But when inundated with remarks about hard core treatments for a tiny cavity I am not going back. I want a better option than being doped up, gases, etc. So I am trying natural options now. I have never had a tooth issue before. But if a bunch of drugs pumped into you is considered a healthy option no thanks..
My Hygenist is very through & gentle. I love the way she does my treatments..

Everyone was super nice, friendly, and cared about my well being. I like how I was walked through every step that was occurring, why they were doing what they were doing, and they made sure I was knowledgeable about the health of my teeth/gums!.
