23I first came here 2 years ago and after spending an extended time in the office, left without even getting my teeth cleaned. They wanted to submit an inquiry to my insurance for a deeper cleaning. Insurance declined the cleaning and I had no follow up with the office. Fast forward 2 years and I get a call from them "are you even our client anymore?"Um, I guess so... so I schedule an appointment for a cleaning. I figured since insurance declined the deep cleaning last time they would just move on and do a normal cleaning. Nope. Same run around. I refused the deeper cleaning and said I just wanted what insurance would cover. The hygienist was shaming me for waiting so long between appointments. What can I say? I have a small child at home and getting out to the dentist isn't always my top priority. So then the dentist comes in. He won't let me get a word in edgewise and kept saying I need the deeper cleaning. I said I really just want the one covered by insurance and could they do that? He refused to give me a yes or no answer so I ended up leaving AGAIN with no cleaning. Maybe they're great to patients who have been coming here 20+ years, but they sure are scam artists to new patients.
