Dr. Wagner was unable to identify the cause of the problem. He recommended referral to a very expensive specialist. In order to provide incentive, he offered to share in the cost of the treatment in case the procedure did not work. Afterwards, he completely reneged on his promise and looked to pass blame to everyone else. Sadly, his word cannot be trusted and the dental issue was not resolved.
