Dr. Aubert is very kind and knowledgeable. However, the office staff not so much. Wait times can be very long. Staff were not professional and made the experience uncomfortable.

I recently visited City Smiles and I must say, from the moment I was greeted I felt welcomed. Everyone was kind & hospitable. The receptionist was bright, once Cori introduced herself she literally walked with me the entire time! The woman who took my pictures was friendly, and patient with me. Every City Smile employee was attentive. The environment was clean, and modern. Overall a great experience! I am so happy to be in such good hands! Cori and Dr. Hill were upfront about any and everything, and more than willing to help me find the right solution for me, even if it wasn’t with them! Thank you so much for making my visit one to remember! I look forward to working with you soon!
