Dr Bartels spent minimal time with us. In about 6-7 years with him, he didn't seem to remember us from one visit to the next. We felt more like we were in a teeny-bopper environment with the music and his staff and him all singing along while waiting on patients. Now with the addition of his botox and cool sculpting, we're not sure what his real focus is. We decided to change dentists because of his branching out and not really focusing on our needs as his dental patients.
