Staff is friendly & there's a relaxed professional atmosphere. Waiting room is nice, there are TVs in the ceilings over dental chairs. One hygienist is pretty-good & the other is very-good. Both are kind & considerate,and show genuine concern. They also gave great tips about oral hygiene, things no one had told me in 30 years of seeing dentists. I have only had one exam & returned for a cpl fillings, not a lot of contact with Dr. Callaway; that being said, he was terrific. He's accessible, professional, gentle(as possible,) friendly, has answered my questions, and never seems rushed. That was the best experience I've ever had while getting a needle poked into my gum-line, he has incredibly steady hands. (I did not realize he was a children's dentist until I read it on this website.)
