I found Dr. Caves' office through my insurance after my permanent retainer popped off on one side on Christmas Eve. I am now am adult and have not been to a orthodontist in years. I also now live in a different state. After calling several other orthodontists who refused to help me, Dr. Caves office manager was very kind and understanding. She fit me in the following week. After I arrived, I found out they wouldn't even be charging! I cannot say enough and highly recommend this office.
