My experience at the Willett and Patton office was by far the worst dental experience I've ever had. Extremely painful. Traumatic at best. Careless behavior on the part of Dr. Willett. Inept numbing on the part of his assistant. My teeth hurt and have been sensitive ever since my visit to this office. When I phoned with my concerns I was promised that Dr. Willett would call. He never did. I recommend going to any other dentist. Be sure to get a 2nd opinion so he doesn't ruin your teeth too.

Has no compassion toward children,. This is not the first time having to deal with Dr Khan. She does NOT explain anything to the child about what she is about to do and if they don\'t stay still like a statue her reply is always, this is to dangerous for me and I can\'t treat the child. They will have to go to the hospital for sedation !! I was in with my grandchild today and witnessed first hand her unsympathetic way of practicing. The child was given gas but no anesthetic. When I requested novacaine I was told that if she is still moving and the tooth gets drilled she may not be able to fill it. As a nurse for over 40 yrs I am well aware that if a pt is in good pain control you will have a cooperative pt. In this day and age of pain free procedures I have a very hard time understanding why this is a big issue for this Dr. This is a great way to have a child scared to death to have their teeth fixed. There were 3 other kids in there screaming their lungs out too ! I wonder why?
