Dr Owens is great! I have been having teeth issues and she gets back to me quickly, making sure to ask how I’m doing. Dr Owens doesn’t talk down to me or dismiss my concerns. I never sense any rushing but takes her time and is very thorough.

I had to have a root canal performed by Dr. Brasher a year ago. I was told it would be done in two parts and I would need to pay for each half before the work was done. I paid the 395.00 dollars for the first half. Then things happened and I had to delay the second half to finish. They started billing me for the second half that he had not performed yet! I thought, this is odd but I will call and get it straightened out. I called someone in billing, who agreed it must be a billing error and told me they would look into it. Then I received another bill for the work that hadn't been done. I called back several times and was told that they expected payment on the other half. I was amazed at the arrogance! Who bills for work they haven't done? We'll apparently the Brashears. They have recently sent me a court summons to explain to a judge why I won't pay for work that hasn't been done. This should be interesting. I'll post a follow up when I get the verdict..
I went to her today had a tooth pulled and it took for ever. She numbed my mouth then took forever getting back to me by the time she got back the numbing was gone away. After getting the shots again and finally a tooth pulled "remind you 2 hours have past" I finally got to go home. But you get to go home still in pain coz she will not write a prescription for anyone. not even motrin. will never back there again and I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE to go to her either. Reason for going to her was my family dentist was filled today. And so was everyone else. next time I will eat the pain an extra day to see my family dentist....
