How Patients FeelPOSITIVE
Gave me a 15 minute speech like a robot instead of talking to me like a patient that is paying for his service. This is my daughters 2nd root canal and I didn't need the boring useless speech. Should have just talked to me about my daughters specific issue, cause he didnt even stop to take a breath much less leave space for questions. Basically told me up front that he can't do half the job the last endodontist did. Too bad we moved 10 hrs away from the last endodontist that did her first root canal. Lastly I don't trust anyone that needs me to wait in the waiting room instead of being with my daughter there was plenty of space in that room for me to stay with her, like I always do, and like she wanted me to. Completely regret taking her here.
