5I have a credit balance on my account and have been calling Family Dental for 3 months now. They still have not issued my credit. They now are saying it's a 'corporate' issue, and that corporate will issue checks soon. I asked for a name and number for their corporate office, and they are not aloud to pass that information on. They expected their payment the day of service! Yet they won't return my $45 credit balance! BEWARE !
