I have been going to Dr. Brett Friedman since 2008. Started off good but as the years passed I started to notice a decline in the service and care I was receiving. I had two partials done by Dr. Friedman and neither were to my liking so when I spoke to Dr Friedman about how this second partial looked when I smile he said \" While I guess you are going to have to learn how to smile differently.\" I thought... where is the \"Caring\"? I have always been complimented on my smile throughout my life and I love to Smile! So when he made that comment... I felt like it\'s more about the money instead of his patient (my smile). He was not overly concerned about look of the partial as he was the fit. When they took my impression for this particular partial the person was inexperienced she challenged to get the impression correct she had to do repeated attempts with no success. So I requested someone else to do the impression. That day was a disaster! The other thing that got old fast is..My schedule
