6Dr. Nielsen seems very good, and his dental assistant and the hygienist were both gentle, well-trained, and friendly. The guy who runs the front desk, not so much. He didn\'t know the names of patients in the waiting room (after we had just checked in), promised to prepare x-rays I sent via email (and confirmed TWICE), but never followed through (so the x-rays were unavailable for my appointment) and seems generally grumpy - all 4 times I have been in.
