Dr Newel is very patient and caring. He made me comfortable and carefully explained things to me. I would highly recommend Dr Newel. It is so good to find a dentist who cares and does a fantastic job.

Must be on drugs 24/7. No other explainable reason why they would call to inform a client they've changed that client's appointment to THE SAME DAY THEY...

The worst experience I ever had with a dentist or anybody in the health care field I've ever experienced in my life. Needed a molar extraction and while he was injecting me three times with a needle to numb the area he was having a loud and boisterous conversation about something unrelated to what was going on with a couple of the dental assistants and laughing LOUDLY within an inch or two of my face. I was already feeling nervous and anxious as I've been through a molar extraction before and remember it being a very painful and unpleasant experience, so having him laughing in my face during painful injections in my mouth was unsettling to say the least. As soon as he finished I calmly said that this was a traumatic experience for me and I would appreciate not hearing so much loud laughter. He immediately pulled back and announced "I'm not working with you. I'll refer you to an oral surgeon." I was stunned. He then said in a very rude tone of voice "You got mad because we're talking!?" and left me there right after three injections without doing the job. Still in shock that something like this could ever happen to a client by a medical professional. Most unprofessional and unethical person I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
