I saw Dr. Chris Vinson for about a year. During one encounter, I was experiencing severe pain in a tooth that is essential for chewing. Dr Vinson said that \"It must be extracted\" and \"There were no other options\" Dr Vinson was out of town the next day. In pain, I went to another dentist who, after taking x-rays, said the tooth\'s root was infected, and it could be saved. She gave me an antibiotic and after three days..no pain..tooth saved I could no longer be a patient of Dr Vinson for this reason, but also because he required the full, insurance adjusted amount, to be due, at the time of service, and not simply the copay, which is how most dental professionals accept payment. When receiving my EOB from my insurance, it always appeared I overpaid, and in many cases, I did... For these reasons, I would recommend looking for another dentist.
