My experience at Oral Surgery Associates was absolutely wonderful. Dr. Karl "Kipp" Pennau and his staff took great care of me from the moment I was referred to their office. Dr. Pennau was extremely informative about the procedure. He told me step by step what to expect from the beginning of the implant process to the end. Throughout the surgery, he and his assistant, Taylor, were very calm and reassuring. Everything went exactly the way he had promised it would go! Later in the day following my surgery, Dr. Pennau followed up with me to make sure I was doing okay. I would highly recommend this practice and Dr. Pennau, he truly cares about his patients!
