7Recently, my son was scheduled for a dentist appointment at the Antioch office, and I called to cancel. On Thursday, May 26, 2022, I called the office to reschedule, and Veronica (office manager) answered the phone. Previously, I spoke to Rachel regarding my sons\' appointment, and told her I would call back reschedule. Veronica was rude, offensive, and disrespectful. This was my 2nd incident with her whereas she doesn\'t listen but wants to control the conversation as it best suits her. However, this time I wanted to report it to the dentist Dr. Leslie Tanimura or Dr. Jennifer Lo so they know how she treat people. I left a message asking if either doctor to please call me. A few hours later, I received a call from Rachel, and she told me neither doctor would take my call because my son is no longer a patient and Dr. Lo released my son from the practice because he is close to turning 18. They will only speak to me if it was a dental emergency. So disrespectful!

7He made a tooth replacement right there in his office. Another dentist drilled my front tooth away and said he couldn\'t replace it because no tooth was left. I had no idea he was drilling the whole tooth down. I went to Dr. de Graw and he built a replacement that was a great look alike. He also did a beautiful job with my implant. I\'ve been going to him ever since.
