5This place is terribly managed. I went to see the endodontist Rick Moser at the recommendation of my dentist who could not complete my root canal, my dentist did not charge me as he could not complete the root canal. Dr. Moser also could not complete the root canal (so essentially he just reopened the whole my dentist already made and sealed it back up) but still charged me $200 out of pocket (unclear what total cost of procudure to insurance was), on top of that the office was supposed to call me back the same day to let me know how much of the surgery needed my insurance would cover. They did not call me back yesterday as they said they would or today, when I called in today the reception team said they did not have time to call about my insurance yet and would need to call me back tomorrow, this is problematic as I leave the country next week and was supposed to hear back from them yesterday so I had time to plan the surgery before leaving the country, this will now have to wait several weeks until I return and that I can not use my insurance benefit from this year to complete the procedure as a result, all in all a huge waste of time and money ever coming to this office. Added to all of this is the fact that Dr. Moser rushed me out when he seemed late for another appointment in the bay next to mine and did not take the time to answer all of my questions about next steps and his recommendation on a timeline. Seek out other options of you have them.
