5CHARGED FOR FIXING THEIR OWN MISTAKES!! I HAD been satisfied with Andy's work. My FIRST negative experience was when I stupidly ate some saltwater taffy pulling out a crown. When I called Andy, he was on holiday and couldn't even refer a backup dentist. I went to Dr. Fred Guerra on Academy who did a great job replacing the crown CHEAPER than I had ever paid Andy. Sorry, but that is it. I'm done with Andy and refused to pay the bill. It is sad that someone with potential begins to cut corners, focus on money over quality and customer service disappears.
