9Logan, my hygienist was excellent. I was very happy with her thoroughly cleaning my teeth. I like that she explained every step of the process in cleaning my teeth. Only small negative is the long period of waiting for the doctor to make final assessment on my teeth. Otherwise, everything went smooth.

5I had a crown appointment in June, and I've been unhappy with the results ever since. The temporary crown had to be replaced twice and when the permanent crown came in, Dr. Novembre didn't seem to have time to deal with it, so Sharon did the work. I've been back several times to try to get the pain I'm still having with the tooth dealt with. I don't know what the problem is, but the last time I was in, Kim ground off the top a little bit, but that doesn't seem to have helped. The gum around the tooth is painful, and I don't know what to do about it. The crown Dr. Novembre put in last year has been fine, but this one is a constant problem. I think the Doctor could have solved this problem if they had let me see her. Since my review, the staff at All Smiles has done everything possible to resolve my problem. I need additional treatment, but I'm now satisfied that they aren't necessarily responsible for my problem.

6Today, I experienced my first dental appointment with Dr . Kulaly, And it was Fantastic ! Have you ever had a dental experience near that. When you walk in the ambiance is warm and inviting, within 8 mins full exrays were being done. In the next chair it got better, my new Dentist asked me. Is everything ok, any problems or pain with your teeth. Then she identified every tooth that had been worked on and what was done. Prescribed antibiotic 1 hr before a cleaning because i have a stint. Wow

9Quality of service was awesome as usual. Only complaint I have is they called me twice to come in “as soon as I could” because they were trying to start the Thanksgiving weekend early. I get it, I work Family Practice and have done it before. But I don’t let my patients wait an hour when I call them in early. I get them in and out. I sat in the waiting room for an hour and was seen at my normal appointment time.
