2I have had two children get quality care from Dr. Ritter. The wait for retainer checks is my only complaint, especially with my second child, the visit over a year ago, my husband and child went in for a retainer check. After waiting in the lobby for almost an hour he just left angrily. We did get an email apology, and I wished he had said something after waiting 15-20 minutes. Today, went in for a 1:15pm appointment for a quick retainer check. Arrived 1pm, my child was called back at 1:30pm, and at 2pm my child texted me that she had been in the room waiting all that time and she was scared they had forgotten about her. So I went back and sat. A technician came in and realized we had been forgotten and said Dr. Ritter would be right in, after another half hour we were finally seen for about 2 minutes. This is after other patients went back after us and were seen, and we overheard these patients talking with the receptionist and doctor, obvious friends. We got no apology.
