Called Dr Dugan’s office because I woke up with an abscess on my gums. I told the receptionist I could hardly open my mouth and was in a lot of pain. No sympathy at all said next appointment not till next week. I said even in an emergency. No emergency appointments. It would of taken him 5 minutes to look inside my mouth and prescribe antibiotics. I guess this is how he and his staff treat patients that’s been going to him for 22 years. I will be changing dentist and taking my family members with me. I’m sure we won’t be missed since he has so many patients that he can’t squeeze one in for about a 5 minute consultation and prescribe antibiotics. By the way, I ended reaching out to Telehealth. I wasn’t made to feel like they didn’t care about me. Had my prescription within 30 minutes for $39. I recommended Dr Alexa
