Stephen Tom, DDS and his professional, courteous staff were cordial and patient. We met for a confidential consultation addressing my immediate and long term dental needs and worked on a payment schedule that satisfied my budget requirements. He is one of the few dentists in our area that I can state is gentle, kind and truly cares about restoring the smiles to his patients.
