Having very extensive dental work over the years due to affects of chemo, I need a GREAT Dentist, ESPECIALLY IN A PANDEMIC!. Dr. Bastianelli and his staff are outstanding. I had a recent dental infection in the outer gum of a crown molar. Even though the office was closed due to the State Executive Order, I reached a live receptionist and she referred me to Dr. B\'s emergency number. He called me back immediately and arranged for the meds I needed with my pharmacist. He followed up multiple times. My problem was resolved, and it was very reassuring to know that I can count on he and his team! Also, his very knowledgeable receptionist gave me info to help identify a better dental plan last year from my existing provider and it has saved me a lot of out of pocket costs.

Brought my 7 year old son here. He was a little apprehensive and the hygienist teased him and told him toddlers do better at the dentist than him and they referred us back to Ann Arbor Pediatric Dentist (where he did perfect with a nice hygienist talking him through the cleaning.) We were billed for the visit at Dr Reeves office even though they never even looked in his mouth and refused to see him. I called to clear it up and the receptionist hung up on me and swore at me.

Dr. Chad Speirs has performed two root canals for me and did an EXCELLENT job both times. He\'s professional, friendly, thorough and patient. I highly recommend him!!
