Thank you to the dentist and staff here at Emergency Dental Care in Farmers Branch! The crown (cap) on my back bottom molar was "quick-y" last week, but I didn't realize it was rocking loose. Then I bit into a DingDong and swatch, it came up. That was on the eve of Christmas Eve! In the morning of the 24th I tried to contact every dental clinic I know of, and even calling the emergency pagers got nothing. I despaired until I Googled up this clinic. Not only did a smart lady answer the phone, she told me I could come in at 4 PM to get this thing re-glued! I got in right on time and the dentist was very professional. He did mention that he thought the tooth needed (ahem) a root canal, ideally, but I was scheduled in closely and there wasn't time, so (YAY!) I'll just get my regular dentist to look at it next year. (Maybe!! LOL!!) They cemented the crown back in perfectly and told me only Jell-0 and pie until the next morning. Today I ate a bit of soft bread and pasta salad and even a bite of meat (on the other side!) and everything's Archie! Thank you for being there on a holiday and rescuing me from suffering until at least the 27th (as most places are still closed through the 28th or later!) Recommended wholeheartedly. Wish I had gotten anyone's name, but *duh* I was a mess and it's lucky I remembered MY name in the rush towards Christmas! Hope your experience is just as good! never here come if your paying with cash. they try to charge you unnecessary fees, i came here for a chipped tooth i have in the front of my mouth, and they charged me $120 for an x-ray that I really didn't even need, why give me an x-ray for a chipped tooth in the front of my mouth?, but i paid and they didn't even give me a x ray the doctor came and looked at my tooth without a x ray, and next thing i know i was waiting, the same lady at the front desk came and told me that they was not gonna charge me for the x-ray i guess they caught on to how stupid that was, but they only took 30$ out of the $120 i paid for the xray and tried to charge me extra $215 just to fix my chipped tooth, i cancelled everything at that moment, these people are scamming people out their money, how does it cost $215 to fix a chipped tooth wtf, and when i said im not paying that, they try to charge me $90 just cuz the doctor came looked at my tooth. I had a problem with my wisdom tooth. My gums were swollen and I was in a lot of pain. Emergency Dental USA was able to get me in immediately and was very accommodating even when I was delayed in arriving due to bad weather conditions (and called to let them know I was going to be late.) I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door and was taken back for an X-ray right away. The dentist saw me and told me his treatment recommendation and had the staff confirm with me prices before doing anything else. I appreciated them letting me know costs up front, so nothing was hidden -and the procedure was quick and painless! I was apprehensive to see a dentist because I was scared it would be a painful visit but the staff was wonderful. I felt like I was in great hands. I definitely recommend Emergency Dental USA.
