Dr. Maheen Ishaq, DDS

This is a really impressive modern practice. I just saw them for the first time. The office is extremely up to date and comprehensive in the treatments they offer. From the dazzling waiting room to the polite staff and the new equipment, it looks like this practice is professional from A to Z..

My experience with Dr. Ghanipour was excellent. She is very detail oriented and we found her to be caring and professional. The staff at the clinic were always friendly and helpful. My children and husband also have seen Dr. Ghanipour and all had a positive experience including clear explanation of any issues and recommendations for preventative care. We highly recommend Dr. Ghanipour based on our experience..

Awesome Dentist but terrible business practices. It's a shame but this Dentist is very incompetent in running her business. She hires terrible inexperienced staff who don't have a clue about how to deal with people. They treat customers adversarial when it comes to rescheduling appointments and without notice informs you that you now owe them $50 for missing an appointment and not giving them adequate notice. I decided to leave this dentist when I got a call from the staff 3 business days before my appointment and I told them that I had started a new job and didn't know my schedule right now and would schedule a cleaning when I know what is going on. I was then lectured by the person on the phone that I needed to give them 3 business days to cancel. I asked them if they were open today as they were calling me. So including today that is 3 business days. They tried to argue with me. Absolutely no common sense. This dentist has cancelled and rescheduled on me and members of my family over and over again giving us as little as 2 hours notice. Should I bill them for that inconvenience? Why can they bill me for cancelling but I can't bill them for cancelling? It's just silly. They have the attitude that they are more important than the customer and they are never wrong but the customer is. So I am now going to the dentist across the street. That's why I gave 2 stars instead of 1 star. Awesome Dentist but terrible business practices. It's a shame but this Dentist is very incompetent in running her business.
