Dr. Herlihey is the best dentist in the Rockford area or any area I have found. He has a wonderful bedside manner. He is just an excellent dentist all the way around. He really cares about what YOU want. He listens to everything that you have to say. His staff is awesome. . I was so scared to go to the dentist before I met him. He has really helped me a lot. I really like all of the staff. Everyone is extremely friendly and caring. You can't go wrong by going there!.
The office manager Angela is very impatient and short. She is always to "busy" even for Dr. Hamann's clients. do not go here!!!.
I Actually Look Forward to Seeing my Dentist: Dr. Herlihey His staff is friendly and respectful of my time. Dr. Herlihey is concerned about my dental/oral health and follows up with me with a phone call after every visit. He truly cares about his patients. He is the only doctor that I have ever been to, that actually calls me after each and every appointment. I recommend Dr. H. to everyone I know - he is a "gifted" dentist that has a "gentle touch" and a great sense of humor. I only wish that I had discovered his practice sooner..
