This is a classic old school strip mall, probably one of the first in the area. The Dollar Tree store has terrific values. The Valley National Bank provides excellent customer service. The post office has two speeds, stop and reverse. Waits of an hour or more for a prescription at CVS are commonplace, but they are open 24 hours. Back in the day there was a McCrory's, which everyone called the "Five and Ten". Rowe-Manse Emporium was a legendary specialty department store that sold almost everything. There was also the Rizzuto Berra bowling alley owned by the two legendary New York Yankees. I am bummed out the Acme closed. I hope they find a suitable replacement in the near future.
