There is a high turnover of dentist. You start with one dentist and the next thing you have a brand new dentist that wants to work on something different. This was both at the Euclid location and Shaker location. 2 years later I was informed that my gap would never close all the way. This was the reason I got braces . They should have told me this before I spent out of pocket close to $4000. Then I have a permanent retainer that keeps coming unglued. Ridiculous. Would not recommend.

I am currently a patient with Dr. Kates Orthodontics in Cleveland Heights for more than six year and would like to say that the customer service is excellent. Dr. Sprowl, Gail (Office Manager), and Riona (assistant) are very professional individuals that care about there patients. They are very polite and able to explain everything you need to get through the day without any issues. THANKS FOR MY SMILE!
