However, when my husband was 6-minutes late to appointment (can prove this due to cell phone documentation) due to taking a family member to St. Elizabeth prior to dental appointment for amputation surgery, Lisa showed no empathy nor was willing to \"bend their rules\". In her defense, she DID offer to take him to do a portion of what he was scheduled to have done. Here explanation is that taking him for full procedure, would put the next patient 6 minutes behind. Their rule is a zero late policy as well as a zero early policy.No complaints about Dr. Chang whatsoever. Unless you want to face an office staff where all they want to do is tell you how tough they have it for months, my appt. at your own risk.
