8When I arrived there was no one at the receptionist desk. I waited for a while for someone to come and check me in. Finally someone did come asked me to come straight to the back but I had an insurance change and wanted to take care of that. I arrived 10 mins early to do so. Once in the room I waited an additional 30 mins for my cleaning to begin. Dr. Blagrove did it himself. He didn\'t apologize for the wait. This is my second time at this office and I won\'t be back. Dr. Blagrove didn\'t tell me anything about my teeth or offer any suggestions on care. Doesn\'t provide a new toothbrush when you leave. Nothing. The building is run down and their lack of customer service definitely doesn\'t make up for it. I\'ve scheduled my 6 month appt with a new dentist.
