on 04/26/21 I had an appointment with Endodontic Assoc. of Dallas, 1026 E Wheatland Rd, Duncanville,TX 75116 with Dr. Nair. Me being a Patient Benefits Rep in my profession, I wanted to make sure what I would be responsible for and prepared. I call the dentist office and got the CPT codes to call my insurance with. d3330,d3331,d0140,d220and d0364. per my insurance my ded$50 had been met for 2021 my coin insurance 80/20. for each code I was give the allowed amount and what my 20% would be which came to $320.60 total. I received a call from Tonya on Friday 06/23/2021 to inform me that my charge would be $500 and something and that they over charge the pt. just incase the insurance does not pay what they say to the pt. but she would get with management to see how to proceed and would call me back.
