One of the insurance specialist & manager at this office lack the knowledge of how to properly verify insurance coverage benefits and eligibility. In turn it caused my husband to have to seek care elsewhere due to their lack of customer service and insurance knowledge. By the way my husband has lymphoma and should have been seen that very same day,even if it was Christmas Eve, insurance companies have automated systems & websites for estimation & verification 24hrs a day 365 days a year.
