I have had pain for over 3 years on the right side of my mouth, but no one could find the problem, I spent thousands of dollars and nothing.. Them my dentist recommended that I go to Dr. Michael Pfister. What a blessing, he found the problem, and with surgery corrected what no one else could. I am pain free, and I can't tell you how happy I am. Not only that he and his staff were very professional, and cared about how I was doing, with follow up calls.. I give him more then a five star rating...
Dr. Pfister is a cocky young dentist that has a lot to learn about practicing good & honest dentistry. I was not given enough Novocaine during the procedure. Dr. Pfister didn't care that I was uncomfortable. All he cared about was getting to the next patient and collecting his high fee for his service. The front desk staff is completely incompetent. And what is more concerning - dishonest. Get everything in writing. Better yet, stay clear of this dentist's office..
