The treatment here is top-notch. I actually enjoy coming to my dentist. Dr. Roberts has a great personality and a good bedside manner. I'd come here even if it were further. Everyone that I've gotten to meet has been extremely professional and courteous. They text and email you with upcoming appointments which is really helpful for me. There is coffee and gourmet snacks available which is nice if you've missed a bite to eat. Both doctors are graduates from Chapel Hill, one of the best dental schools in the country. They are very informed and consider themselves life long students in dentistry which is a definite selling point for me. I love that Dr. Reid and Dr. Roberts are interested in bio-compatibility and they take extra care in their ethics. There aren't many offices that have gone over my case in such detail, they take their time to provide options so you can make an informed decision.
