I had mixed feelings for my dental office (JustSmiles) due to being rushed at the front desk, having some high fees, and poor customer service. I had to make an appointment at JustSmiles on State St. (Westerville) to get my veneer cemented. This was the same one I had cemented 4 months ago ($110). I waited until the dental office started business again following the Corona virus isolation period. I love my dentist, but I think the office people and office policies are not beneficial, fair, nor good. I was told I have to pay $10 for PPE and to bring my own mask. I understand everyone is trying to stay safe and healthy, but I don’t agree with a dental office to charge $10 for an “office fee”. When I questioned what was the office fee for I was told it is PPE. Shouldn’t an office provide personal protective equipment for own staff?
