Horrible experience. Had a broken tooth pulled, that went fine. Was prescribed an antibiotic I’m highly allergic to. (Was stated in paperwork they had me fill out!) My name was misspelled, no birthdate, wrong address. Made numerous calls trying to get this straight & office staff just bumbled it, after assuring me they’d call in a new script. Nope, never did. Next day I called & emailed. Said dentist has to call me b4 he can call in a different antibiotic. He never did, but had his office staff call me demanding immediate payment as he said I had no insurance. I did, they just don’t know how to bill. Dentist said he needed payment by end of day. Still didn\'t address my lack of scripts. No antibiotics, no pain meds. Nothing. I ended up getting a few from a friend. Fast forward 3 wks, end up with a big infection  and have to go to Express care for treatment. Never called me back or showed any care after my repeated attempts to get help from them. I would NEVER recommend anyone go here. Seriously, do yourself a favor & run from this practice. They are highly unprofessional and uncaring. I’m now in a lot of pain with a serious infection due to the complete lack of care I received. Completely unacceptable. 

She is my favorite dentist ever. I've gone through a lot of dental work over my life, and by far, Hagan is the most considerate, kind, friendly and professional dentist I have ever dealt with. I recommend all of my friends to go to her.

I am a retired physician from Ohio moved to Orlando area 6 years ago. I had some dental problems for which i went to see a few local dentists at Orlando. Even though they tried to do a good job i was not satisfied because of too much pain and the end result was real bad. Then i heard about Dr. K from a friend of mine and went to have a second opinion from him. His examination was so through and he explained to me in lay man's terms what my problem was, then and there i decided to have my complete done with him. What a choice i made ! When i went for the second time he did my preliminary implant work with NO pain at all ! Amazing what a really good dentist can do for you with no pain and utmost care. I can really recommend Dr .K for any one looking for any type of dental problem.
