The office was dirty and outdated. We did feel welcomed by the staff, but they talked us into doing a standard preventative dentistry procedure that they claimed our insurance would cover, and then we got a bill from them in the mail for almost $400! This was AFTER our insurance paid for $100 of it, and we only went in for routine dental work that would only cost $100 without insurance anywhere else! A total ripoff and scam. I HAVE ALWAYS HATED DENTIST AND DONT GO NEAR AS OFTEN AS I SHOULD. STILL NOT SAYING I LOVE TO GO TO DENTIST, BUT I LOVE DR PALMER HE DOES ALL HE CAN TO MAKE ME MORE COMFORTABLE INCLUDING TELLING CORNEY JOKES! DR PALMER AND HIS STAFF ARE GREAT PEOPLE AND YOU KNOW THEY REALLY CARE ABOUT YOU. I HAVE USED HIM FOR AT LEAST TWENTY YRS MAYBE MORE AND WILL BE SAD TO SEE HIM RETIRE ONE OF THESE DAYS. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE THAT HAS A FEAR OF DENTIST. EVERYONE AT THE OFFICE ARE VERY NICE PEOPLE..

Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional.
The staff has been so wonderful to our family, I have worked hard to get where I am today am so grateful for all their help. Dr Sorensen makes the best recomendations and let's me decide what I want done. Gayle is so sweet and goes out of her way to answer all my questions and compliments all my hard work. I would recommend apple creek to anyone for a great experience and awesome staff..
