As a Registered Nurse, I notice all the little details and recognize the behind the scenes efforts of healthcare professionals. I was impressed by the Elite Dental team. They went above and beyond to make me comfortable. My first interaction was with Jenni, the receptionist. She was very pleasant in helping me get set up as a new patient and coordinated for my records to be sent from my previous dentist-she made it so easy to make the switch to Elite Dental. I was also impressed with the technology at Elite Dental such as digital x-rays, digital impressions, even the way they sent me the health questionnaire digitally before my appointment. I had a great dentist before, but I was truly blown away. It was more advanced even than my previous dentist in Downtown Chicago. The exam was thorough and I could tell Dr. Julie really cares about my smile and wants to make sure I get the best dentistry has to offer. Everyone worked together seamlessly to provide me with great care.
