8Worst Experience ever! I was fooled by the reviews and this office lacked in customer service and definitely lied about and expected appointment, was 45 late getting to me on my first visit, scheduled me with the wrong dentist, and bait and switched my services. I was promised a cleaning which was the purpose of my appointment and they ran out time with getting it done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was promised a call back from Kenyada the office manager and she never called back, nor did the doctor respond

4I was feeling poorly and called this office for a walk in appointment. They were very personable. I noticed that they knew their patients and greeted them by name. The office staff was friendly and the doctor was empathic while being very thorough. The wait was long as a walk in, but it was worth the wait and I can see why they were so busy. I plan on going back as a regular patient.
