Robert Bruce Bice

This Dentist is not correct. I received information from Metlife stating that DDS Robert Bice and DDS Leslie Powell were in my network. So I called the number listed and made my appointment. What the office does not tell you is the practice was bought out and the do not accept Federal METLIFE insurance. Instead of telling me this and their billing office lying to me I had to pay 800.00 out of pocket because DDS Tiffany Danyal was not in my network, which I am still trying to pay off. I will say Ms. Danyal is a wonderful dentist and we really wanted to stay with her but the last conversation I had with their billing staff is they will not fill out the paperwork to become part of our network. So beware on your bill, I don't think the staff is experienced enough to be dealing with it.
