Dr. Torabi, his office manager, Scott and the receptionist, Audra all were very nice at first.but, there were lies from all three about filing claims for me with Novitas and Medicare. I was told to pay $6,224.00 up front, then Dr. Torabi told Audra that he would refund me once Medicare paid him. So medical claim was never sent but the Dr. and Scott told me the dates claim was sent. Medicare never rec'd a medical claim from Flawless Smile Dentistry over the six month period.DR got his $$$$ though.
The absolute best dentist office! Everybody is so kind and welcoming. I have anxiety and they did everything possible to make me comfortable! :) I have nothing but smiles after I left. If you are searching for a good dentist, look no further!.
I haven't been to the dentist in over 10 years, my teeth are horrible, Dr Tora big and his staff didn't make me feel bad at all. They were all comforting and completely nice to me. I'd recommend him to anyone!.
Very knowledgeable and friendly and is the dentist of most of my family. Children love his magic tricks. Comfortable environment, wonderful hygienists, and helpful office staff. I've always recommended him to friends..
