This Dentist is very good, pulled a tooth before I was aware he had done it. Very little pain. Also good at fillings etc. Best Dentist around..
we have been seeing him for 5+ years now. i work in a pediatric medical office and always suggest him to people who ask. everyone there is friendly and helpful, and they do everything they can to accomodate kiddos with anxiety. i drive two hours each way and will never switch to someone closer just for convenience. there is no replacing someone you can trust. we love dr spence!!.
They are caring, empathetic, and extremely accommodating when responding to an emergency.
Honestly the worst dental service I have ever received. Insisted on putting a crown on a tooth that a small filling would have sufficed. Intially a filling was the plans and the Dentist only decided to crown it after his assistant told him they had the afternoon free. So now I have a crown that is a constant source of discomfort. If you're going to gouge me at least do a good job. Over charged and under serviced. I would avoid this place..
I've never reviewed any company before but in this case I feel the need. Avoid going here at all costs if possible. The dentist is unfriendly and unhelpful. Speaks down to patients and speaks poor English. My husband is suffering severe pain from a toothache and he wrote him a prescription for advil. Only when my husband mentioned that he had been using advil without relief did he write for vicoden 5/325mg every 12 hours!! He told him to come back in 4-5 days for an extraction but he couldn't get another appt. for 8 days. I spoke to them the next day and explained that he wasn't getting any relief. The dentists remedy..... one 5/325mg dose of Percocet every 12hrs! I'm a registered nurse and I've seen 10yr olds get stronger doses for toothaches! I have never seen any doctor prescribe an instant release medication to be given every 12hrs! Completely ridiculous to say the least! We have been there 3 different times and 2 times out of 3, I've seen patients yelling at the staff and walking out! Now I know why!.
A Foreign dentist, speaks poor English at best, I didn’t like how he talked down to me and was recommending he remove most of my teeth to put in numerous implants. They are $4000 dollars apiece! Who has that kind of money for multiple implants?!?! Luckily I went to get a second opinion and all I needed was a few fillings and a crown. I got my whole mouth done for less than the cost of one of the implants I was “recommended” into getting. It seems odd to me how a dentist can own so many practices and only be open a few days a week for each one. Luckily because of his lack of time at the Claremont office I had time to Google 3 Stone dental and avoided a costly mistake..
