Horrific! He was absolutely brutal throughout my visit, even just administering numbing agents. At one point, the pain was so bad that I tried pushing his arm away. Instead of backing off, he literally muscled through. At one point, I was raising my voice to indicate he was hurting me and he actually told me, in a very quiet voice, “ Squeeze the left arm of the chair. Don’t scream, I have other patients. “ It was an emergency situation and he was the only one open. I saw his five star rating and thought I was in good hands. Nothing could have been further from the truth. I will go to the emergency room next time. His practices are barbaric.
