Very friendly and great staff! They made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. I could really tell they cared. Great sense of humor too.

After a horrible incident at the first Dentist we tried (Klermont for Kidz in Batavia) I thought I would never get my son back into an office. It was very traumatizing for him. They held him down while he screamed without explaining anything and were very rough with him. This less than 6 months after being treated for Cancer and I was furious at their treatment of my son. I should have known this was not a place for kids. There was no toys or books in the lobby for kids. Everyone there was grumpy and miserable. After that, if he heard the word Dentist he would run away. We tried a few different Dentists but all insisted that at age 4 - he'd have to go back by himself and I would have to wait in the waiting room. After what had happened at that horrible place before, I couldn't risk it again. Finally people kept mentioning Dr. Gennantonio and Dr Katie Stewart. I didn't have insurance at the time but I decided to pay out of pocket based on everyone's recommendation of them. I am so impressed with Dr. Katie Stewart. First off Sea of Smiles is an incredible place that makes going to the Dentist seem like going to Chuck E Cheese! They make you comfortable right from the beginning and they do not talk to you like your child isn't right there. My son was involved in all decisions that were made and Dr. Katie spent a great deal of time explaining what was going to happen during his appointment. She used gentle words and a kind smile and my son went through his 2nd cleaning very well. He got a treat out of the 'Treasure Box' at the end and told everyone about his fun trip to the dentist. That was literally 6 months ago and my son is begging to go back even now. That's the difference Sea of Smiles and Dr. Katie will make for your kids! I am really happy and it is well worth every penny for peace of mind!

Always have a positive experience. Everyone is so nice and friendly and helpful. My daughter loves going and has no fears of the dentist. They explain things well and do a great job. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a dentist. So thankful to have their office in our community
