If you are considering going to Dr. Thomas Phillips I'D TURN BACK IF I WERE YOU! He and his wife, along with the rest of his office staff are rude beyond and belief. And wait for it.....when I was moving out of state and requested a copy of my medical records they demanded I pay $25 per page! Not 25 cents, not $2.50 but $25 per page!!! I refused to pay the ransom for my records and hence, was given none. I suppose the cost of liquor dictates charges passed onto patients.
