The exterior of the building being a somewhat enclosed old home made me a bit weary at first, but the homey interior and friendly staff were more than worth the trip. I ended up seeing Dr. Carl, who was brief but thorough and was able to surmise from looking at my mouth what had taken place previously. My hygienist was quick and thorough in her cleaning and did a great job given the gap in my last visit to a dentist (approximately 2 years). She tried, as much as possible, to be gentle. I experienced only mild discomfort. I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking for a dentist in the Pleasant Ridge or nearby area. I've already gotten my wife and sister to schedule appointments and they both seemed to enjoy their experience as well.

Dr. Carl is great! He is very low key and knows what he is doing. The entire practice is friendly and patient-oriented.
