Dr. Heffernan's staff is always prompt and professional. Not once in the more than 5 years I've been going there have I had to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room or office. Dr. Heffernan is friendly, professional, and (important in a dentist!) pain-free should a procedure be necessary.
