Dr. Michael Zeff is a fantastic endodontist!! My visit with him in Reno wasn’t my first root canal experience in my life. So, I can compare to my previous experiences with other endodontists, and frankly, I would say that he took care of my issue just wonderfully. I have been exposed to the world of dentistry for a good while now. And if I would ever have to deal with another root canal issue, Michael Zeff would be the ONLY Doctor I would go to. He and his team are outstanding in every aspect of the practice. From my firsthand experience, I can share that Dr. Michael Zeff was VERY caring, transparent, thoughtful (explained every step of the procedure even during the actual procedure – which is important for patients to know what is happening), careful, thorough, gentle, patient, and just overall an amazing doctor with wonderful light and precise hands! I would never go to another endodontist in Reno as long as Dr. Michael Zeff is available!!!

Dr. Callen works with our young son with Down syndrome. She and staff are powerfully gifted and excellent in every way. Our son is highly sensitive, yet over time Dr Callen and staff havce gained his trust and seemingly have a blast doing what they are doing. Top notch.

Dr. Chase came to a rural practice several months ago after the previous dentist moved from the area. This wonderful Lady got right to the seriousness of my situation and did more for me in just two visits than I had had in the past 4 years collectively with other dental offices. Her shock and horror of what had been done, or not done, for me was real... and gave me hope that finally I had someone who could and would be there for me. She took the time to ask questions and she listened to me when I presented unusual problems with my case. She was the first to believe and respond appropriately to them and took the initiative to see that treatments would be respective of them. I was overwhelmed with her responsiveness professionally as well as her gentleness which is outstanding and all to rare in medical societies anymore. Although my condition is grave and frightening, my hopes and trusts were regained. I was actually looking forward to my next appointment and seeing her. T

I had a tooth bothering me and thought I knew which one is was but Dr. Mize did a series of test and found out is was actually two teeth away from it. He spent a lot of time with me and as he worked to find the problem and then the procedure went smoothly and today Im pain free from the tooth. He spent a lot of time to find the problem and then told me exactly what he was going to do to fix it. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the highest I give him a 10. Truly a professional in his field and a super nice person- highly recommend Dr. Mize as a Dentist that knows what he is doing and how to treat patients.

He is excellent and I would recommend him to a family member or anyone who needs an excellent dentist!

My first visit was very thorough. My gum lines were all measured per teeth, which I\'ve never had before ! Dr. Patwa explained the treatment plan he had for me, and was very patient in explaining everything, including the procedures that were needed. He is very patient-focused, is considerate, and trustworthy.
