I went to her clinic after talking over call with her receptionist. I had all the Xrays and other things with me taken in the morning by another oral surgeon. I went to take second opinion and tried to ask her if she will be able to do it for me. After seeing all the Xrays she said yes we do it here no issue. But suddenly then she said I need to see it clinically. I said ok and charged in the appointment fees and after seeing for just 20-30 sec she said she will not be doing it and it is good to go to the specialist. She saw everything in the Xray before and I asked her 4 times and she said yes but just to get the apppointment fees she took me in and charged amount. Very unprofessional..
I've gone to this practice since 1988. Dr Gordon and now Dr. Nayee are both very patient and through. Highly recommend!.
My last few dentists have been more interested in selling me add-on services than cleaning my teeth. I couldn't leave their office without being offer some service or product that I didn't need. But Dr. Gordon and her staff are great. They care about you and your teeth, not selling you stuff. What a refreshing change. .
